Privacy Policy

Scope

This policy explains what Neon AI Dance collects and why. By using the service, you agree to the practices described here. If you upload another person's photo, you are responsible for having a lawful basis and their clear permission.

Information we collect

• Account data: name, email address, authentication records, role, and basic security logs.
• Creative data: the two photos you upload, creative notes, background and quality choices, task status, generated videos, and related technical identifiers.
• Billing data: order number, pack, amount, currency, credit ledger, and payment status. Stripe processes card details; we do not store full card numbers.
• Usage and device data: pages and features used, approximate timestamps, browser/device information, cookies needed for sign-in and preferences, and optional privacy-controlled analytics.

How we use it

We use this information to provide authentication, generate and deliver videos, store media in My Assets, process one-time purchases, deduct and return credits, prevent abuse, answer support requests, and maintain security. We do not sell personal information and do not use your private photos to advertise the service.

Service providers

We use Cloudflare Workers, D1, R2, Containers, and Email Service for application, database, media, processing, and email infrastructure; Haomao's Seedance API for video generation; and Stripe for checkout. The two photos and creative instructions are sent to the generation provider only to perform your requested task.

Retention and deletion

Account and transaction records are retained as needed for service, fraud prevention, tax, and legal obligations. Uploaded photos and generated media remain associated with your account until you delete the relevant asset or request account deletion, subject to required backups and legal retention. Temporary provider copies are governed by the provider's own policy.

Security and your choices

We use access controls, authenticated media routes, encrypted transport, rate limits, and protected server-side credentials. No online system is perfectly secure. You may review your credit and task history, delete generated assets, or contact us to access, correct, export, or delete eligible personal data.
